After having Trevor come out we finally had heat!! He actually took things apart and showed me what the problem could be while the others would just say it’s working right now. Trevor went and got the piece the same day and had our unit working within an hour. 72 was also one of the two companies that actually had a human answer their phone. Erin was extremely helpful too. The whole crew, from the boss who came out to reassure us along with his chief engineer, to the person on the phone who took our cancellations and delays, were always professional, always accommodating, always friendly and always polite. When we saw the light and did get them in, they worked late and stuck to their quote despite the job turning out to be much trickier, time-consuming and parts-demanding than expected. They kept the house clean, they were good with our kids and dog (and me) getting in the way all the time, and all this after we gave them the run-around at the start.
